1. Service Description

Situara Water (water.situara.com) is a drinking water quality monitoring platform operated by Woon IoT BV (Netherlands). The service provides access to EU drinking water quality data via a web interface and API.

2. Acceptable Use

By using Situara Water, you agree not to:

Situara Water aggregates data from public sources on a best-effort basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data is complete, current, or error-free. The data provided should not be used as the sole basis for decisions affecting health, safety, or regulatory compliance. Always consult your local water supplier for authoritative information.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but offer no SLA for the free tier. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Situara Water service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Woon IoT BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Situara Water platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Woon IoT BV. The water quality data itself may be subject to open data licences from the original sources.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your API key at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
